Granola Topped Pumpkin Soup

Toast Familia Swiss Müesli No Sugar Added mixed with egg white, pepitas, chia seeds, sesame seeds, honey and cumin seeds in the oven for 15 minutes. Use as a topper for your favorite pumpkin soup.

Bake a pizza crust made of Familia Swiss Müesli Protein Crunch, Beet Root Powder, Coconut Oil and peanut butter. Fill with yogurt and top with fresh berries and figs, and drizzle with agave syrup.

Soak dates, water, maple syrup, chia seeds and salt; then blend. Toast Low Fat Granola until golden. Mix with graham crackers, marshmallows, dark chocolate and the date mixture. Shape bars and bake.

Matcha Sprinkle Müesli Tree

Mix Familia Swiss Low Fat Müesli with flax seed, coconut flakes, green tea matcha powder, oat milk and agave syrup and pour into a jar. Seal well and refrigerate overnight. Top with fresh fruit.
