Yes. It is made of high-strength nylon, waterproof fabric, even if it rains, it can keep the interior dry. But it cannot be soaked in water.

Is it light enough?

Dovesun Small fishing backpack is compact and light, Back is thickly padded mesh fabric to dissipate gravity and relieve pressure. Better breathability and perspiration. It’s comfortable enough for a day of bank fishing.
