    I found a recipe for black soybean brownies (yes, you read that right, and in a food processor, they become smooth) and they taste great. I have also substituted them to make black soy bean and ham soup, another delish recipe. I plan next to try a recipe for black soybean hummus. Glad Amazon has them, because I cannot find them in any of my grocery stores here in Tucson.

    I love these beans – I put chili powder, salsa and cumin (whatever you like), mash them up, put in low-carb tortilla's and they are very good! I have also put them in chili. A tiny, little different taste than black beans, but VERY CLOSE.
