Walrus Oil Cutting Board Oil is a 100% food-contact safe wood conditioner that easily maintains and restores cutting boards, charcuterie boards, wooden bowls, and more. Our time-tested formula allows the oil to deeply penetrate the wood surface to prevent warping and cracking, while leaving behind a silky-smooth, water-repellent wax barrier that enhances the natural beauty of wood. Our Cutting Board Oil is safe to use in commercial kitchens, restaurants, and establishments that require the highest standards of food safety.

Application: Prep unfinished boards by sanding surface at 220-400 grit. For used boards, first clean and dry surface thoroughly. Shake well, apply oil to surface, let is set for 6-12 hrs, then buff away excess. Reapply every 1-2 months for heavily used cutting boards. To safely wash your board before application, simply clean it with cold or lukewarm water and light dish soap. This will eliminate the chances of damaging your board and help retain the Cutting Board Oil conditioning. Product Care: Store in a cool, dry place. Keep container sealed when not in use. For best results, use within 1 year after opening. With proper storage, product can remain effective for 2+ years.
