This is the one. I’ve tried so many and this is the one I always go back to,
Lots of mixed reviews on these tips. I am not a professional, but I play a lot, have a hist of different cues of several different weights and tips. I always seem to go back to this tip. It’s consistent, and just seems to outperform all my other options (Everest, Haros, konlen, etc.). I know there are going to be some that disagree but I stand by the fact that this is by far my favorite tip. I have tried to not love it but it always pulls ne back. I love how it shapes up very well and very thick from Ferrell to top of tip. Soft tip plays more like a worn in medium leather tip. Very happy with this tip.

    I got the V.Soft version though it play like a soft. I got the 3 pack and installed it myself (I don't have a lathe). Install by hand was a bit tough (and anticipated) because of the hard base. It plays ok. It is good for someone like me who wants to try out different tips or for those who don't play much and don't want to spend too much and install and forget it kind of players. I have tried most of the premium tips and I wouldn't consider this as a replacement to them. In fact Rhino themselves on their premium 'MUST' Carbon Fiber shafts don't install these tips, so the makers themself have acknolwedged that it is a 'medium' quality tip.

    I shoot a lot of pool and I shoot with a lot of really good players. I build and repair cues and I do hundreds of tips for people. I bought a box of these tips. Absolutely nobody liked them. I installed one on my cue and took it off the next day. The hit and control is absolutely horrible.

    Öfter mal was Neues. Ich spiel seit über 35 Pool-Billard. Und es gab immer wieder mal was Neues. Auch bei Tips. Vom Einschichtleder zu vorgekreideten Elkmaster und dann zu Mehrschichtledern. Ein paar Probleme waren aber allen gemein. Das berühmte Aufpilzen, die kleinen spots im tip, die blank und hart wurde und keine Kreide mehr angenommen haben.
    Das Time Crystal ist diesbezüglich eine wirkliche Revolution. Keinerlei Pilzen und die Kreide – ich verwende Taom v10 blau – hält super. Wer faul ist oder es nicht in der preshot routine drin hat, kann ein 9ball mit nur einmal kreiden runterspielen.
    Hit und Rückmeldung sind zumindest auf meinem jflowers s.m.o shaft sehr gut. Und auch extremes Effet lässt sich spielen ohne Angst vor misscue.
    Klare Kaufempfehlung von mir!
