These handles have a variety of uses with exercise equipment. From gym machines to resistance band training, they serve multiple purposes. I use them primarily for resistance band training. Resistance band handles come in a variety of sizes. Approximately 6 inches in length, these range at the shorter end of the spectrum. Handle length is a key factor when training with resistance bands since the handle’s webbing and D-ring affect the band’s total stretch. For me, the longer the webbing, the less stretch on the band, which limits the impact of the resistance. I prefer to have more resistance throughout the movement which these shorter handles provide. The grip section of the handle is about 5 inches across which makes a comfortable fit in most hands. An ABS plastic core under the foam handle cover adds to the solid structure. The handle’s overall diameter fits my hand well which allows firm control throughout the exercises. Thick nylon webbing is one of the best features on this handle. It has a durable texture which should hold up under most uses, but I check the handles’ webbing and stitching for tears or breaks prior to starting my exercise routine. If any handle is damaged, I will not use it. I tested these handles with 70 LB resistance bands, and they performed well. I consider this light to moderate usage. I do not use these types of handles with gym machines, so I don’t know about performance under those circumstances with heavier weights. For my purposes, these handles are effective, and the size is a perfect fit for my usage.

These were perfect when I would go to a smaller gym and the exercise handles were either missing or there was only one available. I stuff them in my gym bag. And boom. Workout complete. The handle is softer not a hard feel. Easy light and comfortable to use. I think great price value also.

Had to go to band exercises after an injury. I got tired of holding the band with my hands and tried these. They are very nice and have plenty of attachment options to fit applications. The strap is not big enough to go over my foot so it’s only for hand gripping. They are soft and feel substantial enough to provide an easy 10-15 years of service with a soft grip surface. The carabiners give you plenty of room to tie off the ends securely. Very user friendly.

These are perfect and match my reformer! They were supposed to come with clips, but didn’t! They are usable but they aren’t as flexible and getting caught on my watch since they have to attach to the foot straps. Not ideal. Please send the parts! These were ordered bc they came with the extra clips where others did not!

they will work great for the price and the grip is ideal. Big enough and comfortable to handle. only time will tell if they are durable but for the value its great.
