This is a very impressive banner, and nice that it's out now for the entire 250th year celebration! It's double sided, not just printed on two sides, but it's one long piece, printed with both sides, folded over and sewn on all edges with double stitching along a stronger edge seam. The fold over the top is larger to include the channel for the mounting rod, string or wire. This top channel measures about an inch across when open, and would at least accept a 3/4" dowel or other rod which might help it to last longer than other means of hanging. If you have good weather (not many places in the US at the moment but it won't be long) this could be appropriate to be displayed now since it's pretty much a big entire year celebration that's scheduled. There's no bottom channel, but perhaps something attached with a little bit of weight somehow might keep it from blowing in the wind a lot to keep it in good shape. I have another type that hangs on the support wire for our deck lights and it likes to get wrapped over and around. This 250th anniversary banner is very bold and colorful with solid clear printing on both sides. The graphics are attractive and bold and convey the message well.
